The staff was very attentive. I found the breakfast good. They had yogurts, cheese, and croissants. I reserved the spa for one hour. I got private access to the steam room, sauna, and whirlpool.
The Uber driver had difficulty with the street. He left us a short walk away. This was a minor inconvenience.

the top room included a terrace. it was very spacious and provided really good night views of the city and the castle. the hotel paid ATTENTION to many details. there was great taste in the setups and the art displayed.
i found the room did not have adequate curtains. the room became bright as soon as it was morning. i had to take a nearly cold shower since there was not enough hot water for two showers.

the breakfast was plentiful. i found the pastries delicious and the fruit selection extensive. the staff was excellent and i appreciated how close the location was to downtown shops.
our room on the ground floor was not special. it was definitely not like the photos and it was very dark and simple. the room did not have adequate curtains to block out the light when morning came.

The location was very convenient, near restaurants and transportation. The staff greeted everyone with smiles, and the room had spacious quarters, with comfortable beddings. I enjoyed fresh fruits, pastries, bread, cheese, meats, yogurt and various coffee drinks for breakfast. The hotel helped set up a tuk-tuk tour, fabulous!
I found the parking slightly expensive! though it was convenient.

The hotel included a spa with a hot tub and sauna. The space was available exclusively for one hour. The lounge offered fresh cakes all day, together with complimentary tea and coffee, giving a nice touch.

The room lacked proper blackout curtains! The early morning light streamed in. Taking showers was a problem. There was not enough hot water for two people to shower one after the other. I found this quite frustrating after long days.
